Been a while since I wrote a new journal and this won't be a long drawn out one I promise.

I shall start with thank yous and such, thank you for 18'000 page views, it means a lot to have the support from people who watch me and appreciate my work in all its shapes and forms. Sadly I didn't have the time to make something to commemorate the occasion so perhaps I shall make a late thank you gift perhaps when I'm in Japan next month, who knows? Busy busy...

Updates - 'Recollection' has officially moved into the art stages, I was lucky enough to create a partnership with a great artist and we are working hard on adding some new written scenes into the story as well as given you some tasty arts to drool over. It's great to finally see the characters coming to life, I wasn't necessarily sure exactly what they looked like myself

I am soon hoping to make up a photography portfolio, varied and hopefully emotive. I am looking to publish some of my pictorial works and offer prints. Some of these pictures mean a lot to me and I am very proud of them and I've decided they deserve a little more than rotting away behind that water mark.
So this is where you come in, tell me which of my photographs is your favourite and why. Pretty easy, just choose one or maybe two pictures from my photography gallery and tell me why you like them. If you're feeling adventurous tell me how it makes you feel.
I'm not normally too confident in publishing work so this is a step forward for me and I want anyone who wants to be involved to have their say.

So how has the swine flu pandemic affected your life? I have found myself in an empty school with echoing corridors. A school without children is a sad place indeed.
It has unfortunately given me some time to dwell on the regrets in my life and the children that normally help me to smile through are sadly absent.
Kids are pretty funny and they have some interesting views on things, since I started working at the school I have found a little bit more happiness. If you can ever spare a moment to listen to even the youngest of children it may just light up your day.

So I have been rather caught up as of late. I have had a great number of emotional obstacles to overcome and despite my best efforts to remain cheerful it has of course been difficult. With some relationship difficulties, the death of a friend, the general stress of living I have found myself almost defeated. Despite being quite beaten down I have been working very hard, pushing through the tears and the sadness.

So workwise status, I have honestly almost finished the second half fo the two part Vampire Knight fan fiction I was working on. The first half has been more popular than I could ever imagine and I have been slacking somewhat on the follow up part. So Part two of Purpose I hope will be available for viewing in the coming weeks.
Secondly, some of you will recall I placed up two new previews for stories called Fly to Paradise and Shintai (previously known as History). Well Shintai is almost complete in rough form, so far the chapter count standing at 33 and the story is almost at its end. I suppose it is this work that has kept me working rather relentlessly. I have been at my day job during the day (obviously) and I return home to work on the story almost non stop. I have't slept much as a result but there has been little time for these rather invasive lonely feelings that consume my life at present.

Cosplay, ah cosplay the sign that summer is almost upon us. I am finally ready to announce the cosplays for this year as I only attend one event in a year. I almost always cosplay three characters. You will have noticed various votes up and some of you have responded with zest. So I will announce the various results. I will unfortunately not be going to the event naked as there just were not enough votes. It is a shame but there is always next year. I will be cosplay Zero from Vampire Knight again this year with some adjustments and finishes to what was last year an unfinished costume. Contact lenses and better hair, as well as a costume made completely from scratch again. Secondly I will be cosplaying Tamaki from Ouran High School instead of Kyouya as I did last year so blond I shall be. I am looking forward to it, since I almost always cosplay very serious characters it will be fun to prance around posing and attacking random girls with roses and affection. Thirdly I will be cosplaying Wolfram from Kyo Kara Maoh! Another one I am looking forward to a lot. I will have two costumes for this character as this will be my main cosplay this year. I always have one that I really focus on and this year Kyo Kara Maoh is it. I hope you will all look forward to the costumes as apart from Ouran I will be starting completely from scratch.
